Nearly two weeks after the Tucson shooting, there has been a lot of talk - mostly in the media, not in Congress - about putting more restrictions on guns. There are a few representatives in the House who want to introduce some legislation to control access to guns, including the Brady bill, which was allowed to elapse in 2004.
